Every order is specially prepared with care because our personalized products are made especially for you. From creating your chosen design to carefully packing and dispatching your order, we take the time to make sure everything is just right.

⏱️ Our Delivery Timeline

Order Processing & Personalization — 4–5 Business Days

Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins creating your personalized product. This includes preparing your selected design, adding your personalization and completing the product with care.

For personalized orders, we may also share a preview image or video with you during the making process so that you can see how your final product is coming together.

Shipping & Delivery — 7–8 Days

After your personalized product is completed and ready to ship, it is carefully packed and handed over to our delivery partner. Your order will then be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery generally takes 7–8 days after the order-making process is completed, depending on your location and courier service.

📦 Estimated Total Time

Your complete order may take approximately 11–13 days from the time your order is placed to the time it reaches you.

Because every personalized order is individually created, the exact delivery time may vary slightly depending on the product, personalization requirements, destination and courier conditions.

  • Personalized products require additional preparation time and cannot be processed like ready-to-ship products.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you whenever available.
  • Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please keep your phone available around the expected delivery period so that the courier can contact you if required.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may make another delivery attempt according to their delivery process.
